Faulty Steering Wheel
The body structure which is made of steel is prone to rusting. However, in case of Nano when certain bottom plate rusts, unibody gets dislodged into two separates bodies. The front part of the dislodged body holds the front wheels. The latter part of the dislodged body holds rest of the steering mechanism including steering wheel, rack and pinion gears etc. When steering wheel is turned, front wheels must take desired correct angle. In body rust situation, when steering wheel is turned, the front part of the dislodged body moves right or left. The front wheels take any unpredictable angular position and car takes undesirable course. This is a total steering failure. The occupants of such a NANO are likely to experience a fatal accident
